Refund policy
At Netra Arts, every product is created with care and attention to detail. Since our artworks are handcrafted, we follow specific guidelines for cancellations and refunds to maintain fairness and transparency.
1. Order Cancellation- Before Dispatch: Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order by contacting us. A full refund will be issued in such cases.
- After Dispatch: Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You may refer to our Exchange & Refund Policy for cases involving damages or defects.
- Custom & Personalized Orders: All custom-made or personalized products are non-cancellable once the order is confirmed.
Refunds are only applicable under the following circumstances:
- You received a damaged or defective product.
- You received the wrong item as compared to your order confirmation.
- You cancelled your order within the allowed cancellation period (before dispatch).
- To request a refund, you must notify us at [Insert Email] within 7 days of delivery along with photos of the product and packaging.
- Once approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- In case of return, the product must be unused, in original condition, and sent back with original packaging.
- Customized or personalized orders.
- Sale or discounted items.
- Items returned without prior approval or beyond the 7-day period.
Partial refunds may be granted at our discretion if:
- The product is returned not in its original condition, is damaged, or has missing parts due to reasons not caused by us.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged product).
