- Customized or made-to-order items may take longer, and timelines will be communicated at the time of purchase.
- Domestic Orders (India): 5–10 business days after dispatch.
- International Orders: Delivery timelines vary (typically 10–20 business days), depending on the destination country’s customs and courier services.
- Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and destination.
- Free shipping may apply for promotional offers or minimum order values (where mentioned).
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via email/WhatsApp.
- Customers are responsible for tracking their orders using the provided link.
- While we work with reliable courier partners, delivery delays may occur due to unforeseen factors like weather, strikes, or customs. Netra Arts is not responsible for such delays.
